protein also makes you fat because it stores in the form of fat so the best diet to lose weight is just and only vegetables. its a wrong idea that high protein diet can reduce your fat content.

Correct, but you are misleading.
Specify the difference in weight loss and FAT loss.
Sure calorie defecit is important, but for FAT loss saturated fat must be kept to a minimum. Sure you could eat alot of sat fats, still lose weight, but you are losing other things e.g. muscle protein, glycogen stores etc.
Fat loss = minimum sat fat intake + calorie deficit + HIIT + Weight training
You’re dead wrong. Eating fat does make you gain fat, and eating fat on a caloric deficit does not make your amounts of muscle decrease. Fat is metabolized by the body into energy, not freaking injected into your body. As long as you eat ample protein on the diet and continue to strength train (as in low reps high intensity), you won’t lose muscle

btw regarding this video , one cannot compare food intake with sugar intake which is almost raw calories from sweets and chocolates
Table suagr is made up of glucose and fructose. Glucose is absorbed quickly by the intestines but fructose is not.
